Baby Dedication God Bless Cake

I made this cake for the baby dedications at my Church last Sunday. It is a strawberry cake with chocolate buttercream. 

Indiana Jones Birthday Cake

Indiana Jones birthday cake. I made sure there was enough chocolate coins for all the kids at the party...wouldn't want to start a mutiny. The cake is chocolate with chocolate buttercream. Lots of chocolate but who doesn't love chocolate. 

New Cupcake Flavors

Chocolate coconut cloud cucpcakes. Chocolate cupcake (new and perfect recipe) with coconut italian buttercream and dipped in coconut.

Banana Split cupcakes. Strawberry cupcake with a hidden chunk of chocolate ganache, frosted with banana cream pie buttercream and drizzled with chocolate.

Angry Birds Cupcakes

I made these angry bird cupcakes for a little boys birthday party. After doing 2 angry birds cakes now I am familiar with what they are but have yet to see the game. Maybe I will be able to when I pick out my new smart  phone next week. They were a huge hit and have been requested a few times already.

Dundas Manor Birthday Celebration Slab Cake

Every month the Dundas Manor celebrates all the birthdays within that month with a big birthday party. This cake was for their April celebration. It is a gluten free strawberry cake with vanilla buttercream. 

Christian Horizon's Celebration Cake

These cakes were for Christian Horizon's open house to celebrate their new day program opening. My Mom is the manager of these new day programs and when they were discussing the celebration she mentioned to them that she knew a cake decorator. I was honored to be able to make these cakes for them. I am sure that the day program will be fantastic for the people that Christian Horizon supports. The decoration of the cakes was inspired by their logo.

Easter Bunny Cake

This is the cake I made for my family Easter dinner this year. It was a coconut cake with orange curd cream cheese french buttercream filling and coconut Italian buttercream frosting. I made the grass out of green colored coconut. 

Golf Themed Birthday Cupcake Display

 These cupcakes were for a 70th birthday. He loved golf so his daughter ordered a cupcake display for him. One of the flavors she wanted was smore so I used those to make the sand trap cupcakes. I made the stand out of just cardboard and placed styrofoam balls on the bottom to look like golf balls. Topped it all off with a special "hole 70" cupcake just for the guest of honor. 

Spring Chicken Easter/Birthday Cake

This cake was ordered to celebrate a 60th birthday. In order to combine spring and Easter into the birthday design Bill's daughter wanted the cake to say "you're still a spring chicken". I love it! This was a fun cake and with all the dinosaurs on the lawn when I delivered the cake it looked like it was going to be a fun party.

Easter Birthday Cake

Michelle's husband ordered this cake to celebrate her birthday with all her friends after the Good Friday service at our Church. He wanted it to be decorated in a spring and Easter theme. She was certainly surprised. 

Shooting Star Sweet 16 Birthday Cake

Ashley wanted blue stars on her birthday cake. So I created a shooting star cake for her sweet 16 party.
