I wanted to play around with some flavors and really wanted to use bacon. So I made a chocolate cupcakes with butterscotch buttercream and topped with crumbled pralined bacon. I thought they were absolutely delicious and so did mostly everyone else who tried them. My brother-in-law on the other hand thought they were a little wierd which was surprising since he is a huge bacon fan. Will definitely be using bacon in more recipes though.
