I was so excited when a good friend asked for a princess cake for her granddaughter's birthday party. I had bought a tiara silicone mold a few months ago at the Baking & Sweets Show in Toronto and have wanted to use it. This was also my first time using isomalt. I have some more practice to do but this cake turned out really pretty and was a huge success with all the little girls.
