I was asked to design and make a cake for a 75th birthday and she loves roses and lilacs. This is the cake I came up with. Inside was a red velvet cake and outside is a vegan buttercream. There were a few butter allergies. I have to say I am so glad I am not vegan or allergic to butter because it's not the best tasting stuff. But at least they were still able to have their cake and eat it too.
