I made these cupcakes and cake for a friends baby shower we hosted at my house. I had to take a quick picture because as soon as I brought it out everybody was making their way over. The cupcakes are sprinkled with blue dust and topped with a fondant ducky and the cake is topped with a ducky made out of fondant. The cake and cupcakes are lemon (my new and improved recipe for both regular and gluten free) and frosted my classic vanilla Italian buttercream. Luckily most of them went because it was a hot day and the few that were left on the stand melted in the sun. Oh well everyone was satisfied.
