This adorable birthday cake was for a Blues Clues fan. Little did I know that it was a girl dog. Learn something new with every cake. This is a very simple cake to do but the end result is adorable. 

Dundas Manor Birthday Celebration Slab Cake

Every month the Dundas Manor celebrates all the birthdays within that month with a big birthday party. This cake was for their April celebration. It is a gluten free strawberry cake with vanilla buttercream. 

Christian Horizon's Celebration Cake

These cakes were for Christian Horizon's open house to celebrate their new day program opening. My Mom is the manager of these new day programs and when they were discussing the celebration she mentioned to them that she knew a cake decorator. I was honored to be able to make these cakes for them. I am sure that the day program will be fantastic for the people that Christian Horizon supports. The decoration of the cakes was inspired by their logo.

Spring Chicken Easter/Birthday Cake

This cake was ordered to celebrate a 60th birthday. In order to combine spring and Easter into the birthday design Bill's daughter wanted the cake to say "you're still a spring chicken". I love it! This was a fun cake and with all the dinosaurs on the lawn when I delivered the cake it looked like it was going to be a fun party.

Michelle's husband ordered this cake to celebrate her birthday with all her friends after the Good Friday service at our Church. He wanted it to be decorated in a spring and Easter theme. She was certainly surprised. 

Shooting Star Sweet 16 Birthday Cake

Ashley wanted blue stars on her birthday cake. So I created a shooting star cake for her sweet 16 party. 

Daisy Birthday Sheet Cake

This daisy sheet cake was for a clients mother-in-laws 80th birthday. It is a carrot cake with vanilla cream cheese icing. 

80th Garden Birthday Cake

I made this cake for a friends mother's birthday party. She loves gardening, flowers and birds. It is a half vanilla half strawberry cake with chocolate buttercream filling and frosting. I covered the sides in a vine and flowers and topped it off with a few handmade blue birds.

50th Anniversary Cake

I came home from work saturday afternoon to a message asking if I could do a cake for the next day. She had a cake ordered with someone else but had this feeling that she had to call to confirm. Well I guess something happened and there was going to be no cake. She called me hoping that I would be able to do a cake. It was her parents 50th anniversary party. Fortunately I had the afternoon free of any plans so I was able to whip this cake together. All she asked for was something pretty and she would be happy with whatever I could come up with.
