Sorry the picture won't seem to stay flipped. I got an email at 11:45 friday night from a friend who's husband had ordered an ice cream cake from a well known business and when she came home and saw the cake she was horrified. It was a really bad cake. So I got up first thing the next morning and got started on this cake for her. The party was at 4 so I had some time. Luckily I had a cake baked for an order I had for the next day so I used that cake and put another in the oven and got to work decorating this one for Jodi. At least Trevor had a nice cake for his birthday party. I was glad I was able to save the day.
