Sophie wanted a Rapunzel tower cake for her birthday party. I molded the tower out of rice crispy treats and used fondant to create the stone and thatched roof details. Wasn't sure if her hair would hold up but it stayed in place and I didn't have to use hairspray. Sorry had to throw in that little joke!
