I was so excited when my aunt asked me to make these for my cousin's birthday. Chelsea is a dancer so these were the perfect cupcakes for her. I have seen these done a few times and have wanted an opportunity to do them myself. I was a dancer as a kid too and would have loved these for one of my birthdays. They also work very well for bridal showers too.
