Sofia the 1st Birthday Cake

I was a little nervous to sculpt Princess Sofia but she actually turned out not too bad. Surrounded by some of her friends she sits on top a pretty cake to make Hannah one very happy birthday girl. 

Martial Arts Birthday Cake

This cake was for my honorary nephew. He has been taking martial arts and wanted a Ninja cake. I came up with this fun design. He loved it and all the boys fought over the ninja stars. 

Froggy Smash Cake with Cupcakes

These were just too adorable. They were created for a little girl who's nickname is "Toad" so they were very appropriate for her 1st birthday party. Since it was a kids party I was a little apprehensive to use toothpicks for the cattails as I usually do, so instead I used spaghetti noodles (uncooked of course). Still can't get over how cute these are!

Butterflies & Flowers Birthday Cake

I was asked to design a cake with pink flowers and purple butterflies. I wasn't sure exactly where to go with that until I started just punching out some flowers and butterflies and the cake started to design itself. It's a sweet cake for a sweet girl!

Cookie Monster 1st Birthday Cake & Smash Cake

I have also been waiting my whole cake career to do a Cookie Monster cake as well. This is one of my favorite characters from my childhood and you can't help but smile when you see him. I kept opening the fridge to take a look every time I walked by because he was just so cute!To go with this perfect 1st birthday cake was a Cookie Monster smash cake. There was just too much cuteness with these cakes!

Princess Crown Cake

This is a very pink princess cake for Jayden's 5th birthday. Crown is made of fondant. This is based on a few other cake designs that were used as inspiration. I am very grateful for my letter punches as my piping skills are not very good. 

Princess Birthday Cake

I was asked to create a simple princess cake. Usually these cakes are anything but simple but I came up with this design and LOVE how beautiful it is. Although simple to make it is anything but simple visually!

Doc McStuffins Birthday Cake

I have now created 5 Doc McStuffins cakes and still can't do it without singing "Time for a Checkup" through the whole process. The birthday girl wanted a purple cake with Doc ontop. We surrounded her with bandaids, dots and her stethoscope. 

Sports Themed Birthday Cake

Jacob loves sports but his favorites are soccer, basketball and hockey. I created this cake with his favorite team`s jersey...Ottawa Senators. A great way to make a slab cake not so boring 

Minecraft Birthday Cake

This is the second time I have done this cake and I still have no idea what this game is. It makes for a pretty cool cake though. Minecraft characters on top of the square cliff. 

Princess Dress Birthday Cake

Rosalie wanted a few princesses represented on her birthday cake so to keep cost down I designed a cake based on their dresses. I was so ecstatic as it came together. It was SO cute! The princesses dresses who made the cake were Cinderella, Belle, Snow White & Aurora. I took my tiara cake design and altered it to create this masterpiece.

Toy Story Birthday Cake

I created this cake for Ainsley's 2nd birthday. I was so happy with how this one turned out. I took a few elements from a few other cakes that I loved. The etch-a-sketch with his name was a brilliant idea I found. Added Woody and Mr. Potato Head and it was the perfect cake.

Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Birthday Cake

Charlie wanted Mickey and Pluto on his cake. This is the first time I had modeled Mickey in 3d and I was SO happy with how he turned out. This cake is just so adorable and Charlie was a very happy little boy when he saw it. That is why I love what I do. Bringing joy to peoples lives for at least a moment. 

Minnie Mouse Birthday Cake & Smash Cake

This cake was created for a little girl's 1st birthday celebration. Minnie Mouse is adorable on a light pink cake surrounded by little white dots. I designed a matching smash cake for the birthday girl with Minnie's ears and iconic bow. Absolutely precious!

Fire Station Birthday Cake

I was asked to make this cake for Jack's 5th birthday. It is based on a design by Cake Fiction. It was fun to recreate it and turned out pretty cool. Perfect cake for a fire fighter themed party. Bottom tier is made to look like a fire station and the second tier represents a classic fire dog, the Dalmatian. Topped with a fondant fire truck and added in a couple fire hydrants to finish off this adorable cake.

Supergirl 1st Birthday Cake and Smash Cake

This cake was for a very special Supergirl. Precious Avery had gone through heart surgery and I was honored to be able to make her a very special first birthday cake. The little super baby even has a scar on her chest. 

Minecraft Birthday Cake

I still have never seen or played this game but it makes for a fun cake. I hand cut all the letters and the characters were made from fondant. 

Butterfly Drawing Birthday Cake

The hard part about this cake was that it was for a special little guys birthday who lost his battle with ALD. It is a replica of a drawing he created. It came out almost exactly like the original drawing. It was a sweet way to honor Sam's memory on his birthday and I was honored to be asked to make his cake. 

Nerf Gun Birthday Cake

This is a subject I don't really know much about so I searched out some ideas and came across a cake from Amarantos Cakes that looked pretty cool. It was actually a fun cake to create. I love orange so I knew I was going to like this one from the get go. Darts, gun and targets are all made of fondant.
