This cake was for a little princess in her own right. Alyssa loves everything princess so much that she was more interested in playing with the princess and looking at the castle than eating the cake. It was so much fun to see this cake unfold. The castle is made out of cake, the princess is fondant and modeling chocolate and the towers are made out of cereal treats.
