I was asked to do a birthday cake for a local firefighter. His wife wanted a cake with a hat on it but I had to make sure to I got his captain's hat just right. She sent me pictures from all angles and I got it pretty darn close even dirtied it up a bit. They were all impressed and I have to admit I am too..didn't think it was going to turn out as good as it did!
