Cake has been a part of my life for as far back as I can remember. My Mom was a cake decorator when I was younger and I discovered a few years ago that I had inerited her talent for it as well. Delft Blue Dutch Birthday Cake


I was asked to do a dutch themed cake for a 90th birthday party. I have wanted to do a delft Blue style cake for a while and was thrilled I got the opportunity. Seems I might get more after all the feedback I have been getting. It is a carrot cake frosted and filled with a vanilla buttercream.

    Wow that is a beautiful delft blue cake. How did you get the Windmill and tulips so perfect. Are you taking orders?
