What little girl wouldn't love a castle cake for her princess party. This sweet cake was for a sweet little girl. I made it using a hexagon cake. I formed the turrets by drying the fondant around a cardboard tube. I made forms from cardstock to form the tops and then glued them together. Add some purple flags and a bunch of hearts to finish off this adorable cake.
Celebrating the sweeter side of life. Custom cakes, cupcakes & sweet treats for all occasions.

Cross Baptism Cake & Cupcakes
I made this cake and cupcakes for a young ladies baptism. It is such a important day in our lives when we decide to take this step of faith. I am happy that I could create this beautiful cake for this fantastic celebration. The design of the cake is from cutiepatootiecakes.com. I then created the cupcakes to match the cake.

Scooby Doo Birthday Cake
I was so excited when I was asked to make a Scooby Doo cake for Cody's birthday. I LOVE Scooby Doo. Scooby is cut out of fondant and painted with food coloring. I put the stars on white floral wire so I could twist and turn them out of the cake. This has become one of my new favorites!

Mickey Mouse & Donald Duck Birthday Cake
This is a one tier version of the cake I did for my niece's birthday in January. A friend asked for the same cake for her granddaughter but didn't need as much cake so I condensed it into one cake. I cut Mickey and Donald out of fondant and painted them with food coloring. Sucker sticks hold up the birthday girls name in stars. Fun cake for any little ones birthday!

Monster Head Birthday Cake
I absolutely love this guy! When I was asked to do another monster cake I was not thrilled at first. I love the way my first one turned out and he is one of my favorites I have done but doing all that hair is tough on the hands. I had to stop and start a few times this time too but again he is just too cute to care. Actually just the hat and eyes sitting on their styrofoam to dry were too cute in themselves. I love beautiful cakes as well but there is something about these cute cakes that make them my favorites!
